Georgie Henley was only seven when she was cast as Lucy Penvensie in the film adaptation of C.S Lewis’, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. Now after taking a few years off to focus on school, she is back in the limelight and ready to take on more acting roles. Her newest role is Perfect Sisters. Henley acts alongside fellow child star Abigail Breslin (Little Miss Sunshine). Henley and Breslin play sisters who start a deadly plan to murder their alcoholic, dead-beat mother, played by Mira Sorvino. According to E!, this film is based on the true story murder that took place in Canada in 1998. The sisters (who were commonly known as the “Bathtub Girls”) first got their mother drunk, fed her painkillers and then dunked her head in the bathtub, staging it as a drowning. The trailer for the movie was released Monday on Yahoo! Movies. The film releases in theaters on April 11th. You can view the trailer below.
