Jared Leto fresh off his Oscar win will be heading out on tour with his band Thirty Seconds to Mars. Thirty Seconds to Mars, AFI and Linkin Park will be heading off on tour together.

The three bands will be going on the Carnivores tour, which still kick off on August 4th and conclude on September 19th, Alternative Press reported.

Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda explained that he was excited to be on stage and see a wide range of fans in the audience. "“We share a lot of fans. When I listen to the radio, I don’t hear a lot of that visceral guitar rock right now. I feel like this is a great moment for these bands to come together and hit the road.”

Oscar winner, Jared Leto explained at the press conference that it would be a dream come true to play in front of the fans for all of these bands. "To stand on a stage in front of the Linkin Park army and the Mars army…it’s going to be an incredible adventure. It’s a meeting of the minds and something people are not going to want to miss. An orgy of art and music," said Leto.

The tour will start in West Palm Beach, Florida at the Cruzan Amphitheater and will be wrapping up in California.

Tickets for the upcoming tour will go on sale for fans on Friday, March 7th.

The announcement was made at a press conference earlier today but the news leaked early online, Radio.com reported.
