An American Bitcoin exchange CEO has been found dead in her Singapore apartment.
Autumn Radtke, 28, was found dead on February 28 from a suspected suicide, however, the local media and officials are waiting for the toxicology results before they make an official statement, according to The Daily Mail.
“The First Meta team is shocked and saddened by the tragic loss of our friend and CEO Autumn Radtke. Our deepest condolences go out to her family, friends and loved ones. Autumn was an inspiration to all of us and she will be sorely missed,” First Meta said in a statement on their website.
According to Fox News, Radtke has long worked in finance. She once worked with Apple and other firms.
Radtke’s death is the latest of a string of deaths in the financial sector, bringing the count to ten this year.
Radtke’s toxicology report should be out in two weeks.
