Dominique Ansel, the New York baker who created a craze last summer with his ingenious Cronut, is back to prove he’s not a one-hit wonder. The baker will be unveiling a new treat at SXSW in Austin - Chocolate Chip Cookie Milk Shots.

The treat, which Ansel showed off on Instagram Wednesday, is a shot glass made using cookie dough just to hold milk. It’s a unique twist, considering many people like to dip their cookies into milk. You can still do it by dipping pieces of the shot glass in another shot glass.

Reps for Ansel told Eater.com that he thought “if everyone was drinking milk with cookies, you might as well make a dessert that allows them both to be combined.” Ansel was apparently inspired after he finally had his first Oreo just weeks ago. Mixing milk and cookies is apparently not “a natural combination in French culture,” his reps said.

Time Magazine notes that Ansel hasn’t decided if he would bring the treat to his SoHo bakery. “We'll see!” he told Eater.com.

The Cronut drove New Yorkers crazy, with lines forming outside his bakery. It is a mix of a donut and a croissant. People would even buy several to sell online for over $50.
