Jane’s Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro put his Hollywood bachelor pad on the market for almost $100,00 less than he purchased the condo for in 2007.

According to The Hollywood Reporter the current host for Spike TV’s Ink Master condo has 15 foot high ceilings, and panoramic, north-facing views of the Capital Records building as well as the Hollywood sign. He purchased the open floor plan condo in the Broadway Hollywood building after his divorce with third wife Carmen Electra.

Forbes noted the former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist moved not too far away in Hancock Park, more in central Los Angeles, in a community built around an exclusive golf course and country club.

Navarro currently hosts a TV Radio show, Dark Matter every Wednesday night, and he and Jane’s Addiction are scheduled to perform at the Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas on May 8,9,10. The Las Vegas concerts will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of the band’s breakthrough debut Nothing’s Shocking which included such hits as “Mountain Song” and “Jane Says”.
