After attending the Irish Guards’ St. Patrick’s Day Parade in west London, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were asked several questions regarding the near future of their family.
According to USA Today, William and Kate ended their beach vacation by celebrating in green. Although Sgt. Major Ray Collister of the Irish Guard begged the question of a second baby in the future, William made it clear that Prince George would be an only child for some time.
“I congratulated him on the birth of a new ‘Mick,’” said Collister. “And I wanted to know if he was planning any more baby ‘Micks.’ William said ‘when there’s time.’”
The Telegraph reports that Collister was not the only one among the Irish Guards to be curious about Will and Kate, and their son. Young Guardsman Glenn Tierney told press that the couple is looking forward to their upcoming family trip to Australia, as well as some recent progress for little George.
“I asked them all about George,” said Tierney. “He said he’s doing really well and he’s busy crawling and eating.”
