A concerned San Francisco father took action against his son’s bully.
People reports that Stephen Feudner went to court to ask for a restraining order against 9-year-old boy who was bullying his son.
CBS San Francisco added that the 9-year-old bully is accused of verbally and physically assaulted his son at school.
The student is a fourth grader at Rolling Hills Elementary in Fairfield. Feudner said that the restraining order was the only option he had left because the school failed to help the situation.
“It was my last resort,” said Feudner. “I tried everything else so why not try that? And it was granted.”
The school has refused to reveal the identity of the young boy being served with the restraining order. The restraining order must be served within five days or it will be considered void.
The Solano County Sheriff’s Department said this is the first time that a child has been served with a restraining order.
Feudner went on to add that he stands by his decision. I’m glad I did it. Not only for my son, for the rest of the children,” said Feudner.
