A Florida woman has been arrested after getting into a physical altercation with a middle school student.

Irisdaly Rios, 35, was at Hialeah Middle School Tuesday when she witnessed her daughter fighting with another girl. Believing her child was in danger, Rios got out of her car and confronted 12-year-old Ashley Perez, according to Fox 43.

The fight has been captured on video, and Rios did not do anything to deny the altercation.

“This girl bullies my daughter everyday,” Rios told Telemundo 51, according to sister station NBC Miami.

“I've got scratches on my back, my teeth is broken, and my head started hurting a lot,” Perez told NBC Miami.

Police were called during the fight to break it up. However, a mysterious stranger intervened before authorities arrived and helped put a stop to the fight.

"Everybody loses here,” said Hialeah Police spokesman Carl Zogby. “We'd rather people go to the proper authorities if there's bullying going on. Go to your school. Call the police before it gets to this point."

Rios has been arrested and charged with battery.
