A fourth person has died stemming from the deadly March 13 car accident at the SXSW festival.

De'Andre Tatum is also the second person to die in the hospital from injuries he sustained after the allegedly drunk driver blew past barricades while trying to evade the police, reports WFAA-TV. The 18-year-old, who was placed in a medically induced coma, was one of the last few who remained in critical condition following the accident.

According to Tamara O'Neal, De'Andre was originally admitted with "a broken leg, a broken pelvis bone and a severe brain injury."

Early last week 26-year-old Sandy Le passed away after being placed on life support since the crash.

Tatum and Le were among the eight most grievously injured of the 20 people who suffered injuries. Two people, Jamie West and Steven Craenmehr, both died at the scene.

The driver, Rashad Charjuan Owens is being charged with capital murder, which carries with it the possibility of being sentenced to death. Police believe that the 21-year-old was drunk and trying to avoid a DUI task force.
