Game of Thrones actor Kit Harington, who plays Jon Snow on the show, understands that he is expected to due nudity any time the story needs it, but he has his own rules for going completely full frontal.

Harington did sign a contract that says he has to be prepared to go nude and he told GQ that he understands why. “It's only right, if you're going to make a show where nudity and sex is a large part of it, that you be a part of that,” he said.

However, when asked if he needed to show off his manhood to the millions of people who watch GoT each week, he admitted, “I wouldn't say I'd be happy about it.”

When asked again if he would really do it, Harington took a long pause. “I'm not saying. Because I don't know. It would have to be f***ing well deserved,” he replied.

Harington has actually been one of the few actors to avoid having to go nude for the show during its first three seasons. Although Jon Snow did have a literally steamy sex scene with Ygritte in a pool, that wasn’t Harington.

“When it came down to it I had a broken ankle,” he told GQ. “So the only time you saw my ass, it wasn't my ass.”

GoT starts its fourth season on HBO on April 6. The showrunners were just signed for two more seasons.
