A Johnny Cash album, “Out Among The Stars,” was released by Columbia Legacy. It is a nearly forgotten album by the legendary recording artist.
The album features many songs that were typical of his records from the early 80s, according to the Associated Press. Fans will find songs like “I’m Movin’ On,” “Tennessee,” ”I Came To Believe,” and “If I Told You Who It Was.” Producing on the album was Billy Sherrill who also worked with George Jones and David Allan Coe-Cash. According to The Guardian, Sherrill worked with Cash in the early 1980s.

Cash was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He received the Kennedy Center Honors in 1996. MTV nominated him for the Video Music Award for best cinematography for Hurt.
