The Avengers director took to Youtube yesterday to apologize to the citizens of South Korea for the inconvenience caused by the film's shooting in the nation's capital.
Whedon expressed his gratitude and empathy as someone from Los Angeles where he said "it happens to me all the time and it's not fun." He continued by conveying his hope that the disruption will not be in vain, saying "We love this movie, we love your city, and having the two of them together will show the city to the world in a light that I don't think it’s been shown, certainly not in America."
The video was shot in front of a chaotic set, including cranes and cameras, as the crew continued to work behind him.

There was also no lack of wreckage in the set photos from Italy that surfaced earlier this week, which also featured the first images of Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen as Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, as well as what seems to be a pre-CG Ultron.
