Lily Allen is criticizing her own music, revealing she’s not happy with the way her new songs have turned out. When a fan tweeted how disappointed he was with her new music, she agreed.

The fan wrote, “docile pop rubbish. So disappointing. She properly just wrote some rubbish to cash some cheques,” and she didn’t try to defend songs like “Air Balloon.”
She responded, “What you’ve heard so far yes. All I can do is do my best, the labels and the radio stations won’t play the better stuff.”

Entertainmentwise reports Allen then assured her fan that her new album Sheezus, which is coming out in May, will be provide much better songs. She told him to “keep the faith” and he assured her he’s still a fan.
"Fair play, still gonna buy Sheezus see what the rest offers. I have faith! Chinese is one of my favourite songs of all time,” he wrote.

News.com notes after a 4-year hiatus while having two kids, Allen returned to the charts with “Hard Out Here,” which made it to No. 9 on in the UK charts.
