For the second time this month, another individual has been charged for trespassing at Taylor Swift’s vacation home.
This time it was Daniel P. Cole, of Brewster, Mass., who was arrested for being where he wasn’t supposed to, according to the Westerly Sun.
Police say that Cole ignored previous warnings to stay away from the singer’s beachfront property in the Watch Hill section of Westerly, Rhode Island.
Cole pleaded not guilty to trespassing and disorderly conduct charges on Friday. A Wakefield District Court judge issued a no contact order and Cole was released.
The Associated Press noted that the 38-year-old had been at Swift’s home on two other occasions. Once on Dec. 9, when he blocked the driveway with his pickup truck, before being escorted off the property and another time on Dec. 21 when struggled with police while refusing to leave.
This is not the first time Swift has had deranged visitors come to her beach house. Last year, a 22-year-old man was arrested on the private road leading up to the property. Several media outlets suggested that he actually swam up to the star’s mansion.
