ABC has officially cancelled Once Upon A Time In Wonderland, as the show failed to live up to the lofty expectations set by Once Upon A Time’s success. Thursday’s season finale is now being advertised as the “season finale.”

Wonderland was first created as a 13-episode miniseries that would air when the the main series was off, notes The Hollywood Reporter. But ABC decided to hold it back for the fall, scheduling it in the network’s tough Thursday 8 p.m. slot.

According to Entertainment Weekly, ABC did confirm last night that Wonderland was going to be ending when it called next week’s show the “series finale.”

ABC will be airing episodes of Shark Tank in the 8 p.m. slot starting April 10, as previously reported. That reality show has been a hit on Friday nights and ABC is hoping it will bring some eyeballs for Thursdays.

The network also cancelled Mind Games, which was airing on Thursdays at 10 p.m.

Once Upon A Time airs on Sundays at 8 p.m.
