Oscar Pistorious again became ill in court on Thursday, this time over the crime scene photos of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp’s dead body.

According to CNN, forensic evidence presented during the former Olympian’s murder trial was interrupted by the accidental display of gruesome pictures on the court monitor.

The New York Daily News noted that after seeing the crime scene photos of the model’s lifeless body and mortal wounds, Pistorius reacted by sobbing loudly and then vomiting.

This is the second time this week that the athlete has fallen ill in court. On Monday, he vomited when a pathologist gave the court illustrative testimony of the autopsy performed on Steenkamp.

Also on Thursday, forensic expert J.G. Vermeulen wrapped up his testimony, which disputed Pistorious version of wearing his prosthetic legs when he broke down the bathroom door to get to his girlfriend.

Prosecutors believe that the Paralympian murdered Steenkamp on Valentine’s Day 2013 after the two had a fight. Pistorius, however, maintains that he fatally shot her after mistaking her for an intruder.
