Following their performances on the Oscars both Idina Menzel and Pharrell Williams have seen an increase on the Billboard charts. William's "Happy" stayed on the top of the charts, while Menzel's "Let It Go" moved up from No. 17 to No. 9 on the charts.

Not only is Williams on top of the hot 100 singles charts but he is also on top of the digital, airplay and streaming charts, as well, Billboard reported.

Williams is only the second artist in history to accomplish this chart topping quest. The only other single that accomplished this was "Blurred Lines," by Robin Thicke which featured the vocals of Williams as well.

This week alone, "Happy" sold over 490,000 digital downloads.

For Menzel, this marks her first top 100 hit of her career with "Let It Go" which was featured in Disney's animated feature Frozen. "Let It Go" also won best original song at the Oscars and Frozen took home best animated feature.

Hit Fix reported that coming in second on the hot 100 charts was Katy Perry featuring Juicy J and their single, "Dark Horse."
