If you are a fan of both new Showtime series Ray Donovan and Masters of Sex, the network has some great news. Both shows will premiere their second seasons on the same night and will be paired together for the rest of the summer.

Ray Donovan will start its second season on Sunday, July 13 at 9 p.m. The show stars Liev Schreiber as the top fixer in Los Angeles. While he tries to fix the lives of the elite, he also deals with his own life struggles. The cast also includes Jon Voight, Elliott Gould, Paula Malcomson, Eddie Marsan and Dash Mihok.

Masters of Sex will premiere right after Donovan. The period drama stars Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan as William Masters and Virginia Johnson, who changed American society with their bold study into human sexuality. Betsy Brandt (Breaking Bad) recently signed on for a guest role.

Both shows’ second seasons will run 12 episodes. Donovan is a Showtime production and Masters is produced by Sony Pictures Television.

Deadline notes that the network had used Dexter to launch Donavan last year and Masters aired behind Homeland in the fall. Homeland can be used to launch another new show, The Affair. Another new show, Penny Dreadful, is set to premiere on May 11.
