Muppets Most Wanted has our treasured Muppet characters embroiled in an elaborate escapade involving look-a-likes, cool gadgets and international conspiracies. The trailer shows Kermit the Frog being arrested for a crime he didn’t commit and the gang having to move fast in order to prove his innocence. Co-starring comedienne Tina Fey, Ty Burrell and Ricky Gervais besides tons of other celebrity cameos, Muppets Most Wanted is sure to delight fans of all ages, who adore these lovable characters while blending some trickery along with the humor. It opens in theaters on Friday, March 21.

The Art of the Steal is the tale an older, losing his oomph motorcycle daredevil and part-time art thief teaming up with his brother to heist one of the most valuable books in the world. Starring This Is the End’s Jay Baruchel, Kurt Russell, Matt Dillon and Terence Stamp, this crime comedy’s trailer displays down-on-his luck, older motorcycle daredevil (Russell) teaming up with his half-brother (Dillon) and a team of “professionals” (Baruchel, etc.) to steal a priceless book. The robbery, of course, goes awry but in hilarious and laugh out loud ways. Russell really shows his penchant for comedy, which has been dormant for way too long, IMO, and the supporting cast are no slouches either. Moviegoers will be surprised to see a long absent Russell on their silver screens doing what he does best…comedy. It opens in theaters on Friday, March 14.

Transcendence is a science fiction action drama starring Johnny Depp as a terminally ill scientist who injects his consciousness into a program he designed then becomes unstoppable. The trailer’s mind-blowing special effects show Depp’s character becoming omnipotent in his power as he tries to destroy the world in order to make it into what he wants it to be. Co-starring Kate Mara, Morgan Freeman, Cillian Murphy, Cole Hauser and Paul Bettany, moviegoers could be reminded of the 1992 science fiction flick Lawnmower Man, which had the similar theme of a human transplanting his mind into cyberspace. Depp fans are sure to run to the movie’s premiere and judging from its trailer, it doesn’t scrimp on plot, conspiracy, attempts at redemption and the notion of world domination. It opens in theaters on Thursday, April 17.
