Two State University of New York students were arrested after a photo surfaced which allegedly showed them forcing a puppy to do a keg stand at an off-campus party.

According to WHAM, police have arrested Shane Oliver, who was allegedly holding the dog in the place and Robert Yates, who allegedly took the picture of the act.

"The dog had the tap in its mouth and we were concerned by that," said Brockport Police Lt. Mark Cuzzupoli. "People get very upset over incidents like this."

Brockport Police learned of the incident at the house party when the photo started to make rounds on Twitter, outraging dog lovers everywhere.

Luckily, the 5-month-old Labrador retriever named Mya, was checked out by a veterinarian and is doing fine.

The New York Daily News noted that the 20-year-olds both face charges of torturing and injuring an animal.

The university has not yet announced if they will seek disciplinary action against the students.
