More than a dozen people were injured after a car crashed into a Florida day care center on Wednesday afternoon.
According to WOFL, the vehicle smashed into the KinderCare Learning Center outside of Orlando after being sideswiped by another car.
WESH noted that Orange County Fire Rescue officials said that 13 of the victims were taken to area hospitals and two were treated at the scene for their injuries. Many of the victims transported were children.
Initial reports said that one person died as a result of the crash, but law enforcement has updated that information and stated that there were no casualties.
The Florida Highway Patrol has said that a Dodge Durango forced another car off the road causing that vehicle to crash into the daycare center.
Police did find the silver Durango, but are still looking for the driver, who witnesses say escaped on foot.
Authorities have named Robert Corchado as a person of interest in the crash.
