For the past month, the chart topping artist, Avicii, has been in and out of the hospital dealing with health issues but according to Twitter he has good news to share with fans. Avicii recently tweeted out that he can't wait for fans to hear his follow up album to True.

Billboard reported that the producer/musician was forced to cancel a major headlining spot at the Ultra Music Festival. Avicii had a blocked gallbladder and ruptured appendix that required immediate surgery.

Radio.com added that because of health concerns Avicii was forced to cancel all of his appearances and concerts in April.

Once the producer is full recovered, he will go back on the road to wrap up his True tour and continue to make regular stops in Las Vegas for performances.

Avicii had his first album, True reach the No. 5 spot on the Billboard album charts and his singles, "Wake Me Up" and "Hey Brother" have crossed into a variety of single charts including the country charts with "Hey Brother."

Along with working on his follow up record to True, it has been announced via social media that Avicii is working with Madonna on her upcoming album as well.
