Brad Pitt must really enjoy making movies set during World War II. After making Inglorious Basterds and a tank movie for director David Ayer, the actor is reportedly interested in taking on yet another story set during the war.

This new project was written by Steven Knight, who wrote Eastern Promises, reports Deadline. Graham King’s GK Films is producing, but there is no done deal yet or even a producer. The site described the script as merely a WWII romantic thriller and that a big-name director will be attached. Filming could start early next year.

Variety also reported the news.

Pitt finally won his first Oscar earlier this year, but not for acting. His Plan B co-produced 12 Years A Slave, which won Best Picture and featured Pitt in a small role. Still, he starred in World War Z last year and is likely to be in the sequel.

Coincidentally, Pitt’s next film is also set in World War II. He stars in Ayer’s Fury with Shia LaBeouf as a tank commander. Sony is releasing the film on Nov. 14.
