The trailer for Something Wicked, the final movie starring the late Brittany Murphy, has just been released, showing the spooky side of the Clueless actress.
Something Wicked is a horror film which Murphy completed before her death in 2009. The film has not been seen by the public, but will finally be released on April 4 at the Regal Valley River Center 15 in Eugene, Ore. They decided to open the film there since it is where the film was made. The film will be expanding in the Pacific Northwest first before opening nationwide.
The plot centers on a newlywed couple who try to have a good time after the wedding, but sinister forces detail their plans.
In addition to Murphy, the cast includes Shantel VanSanten (One Tree Hill), John Robinson (Lords of Dogtown), Julian Morris (Pretty Little Liars) and James Patrick Stuart (Supernatural). It was directed by Darin Scott and written by Joe Calleran and Joseph Mungra.
