With Californication in its final season, fans are wanting to get their hands on every aspect of the show, including the soundtrack.

It was just announced that Spirit Music Group and Showtime Networks will release the last soundtrack edition for the film during the show's premiere on April 13. Californication, will be going into it's final season, Billboard reported.

Spirit will be promoting each song as they air during the show on the show's website and social media platforms to help drive fans to purchase the soundtrack.

The soundtrack will feature six songs and has been put together by Californication music supervisor Nora Felder and show creator and executive producer Tom Kapinos.

Pete Townshend’s largest solo hit, “Let My Love Open The Door,” will appear on the soundtrack along with Sid Vicious's cover of "My Way."

This first eposide of the final season will feature two versions of the Townshend classic during the show.

TV By The Numbers added that the show started back in 2007.

Californication stars David Duchovny who is also an executive producer on the show.
