Comedian John Pinette has passed away at 50 years of age.
The Hollywood Reporter reports that Pinette's manager Larry Schapiro confirmed that the comedian had passed away. Pinette was found dead in a hotel room in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A spokesman for from the Medical Examiner's office in Allegheny County stated that Pinette appeared to have died from natural causes. Schapiro claims that Pienette died from a pulmonary embolism.
Pinette was presently on a tour and had shows scheduled to take place from April to June in various settings across the United States and Canada. Pinette appeared in both movies and television. Some films he appeared in include Junior, The Punisher and The Last Godfather. On TV, Pinette appeared on Vinnie & Bobby, Parker Lewis Can't Lose, High Tide and the final episode of Seinfeld.
Once news of Pinette's death hit the internet many comedians paid their respect to Pinette on Twitter.

According to TMZ, Pinette personal doctor said that Pinette was affected with liver and heart disease. Also, Deadline reveals how last year Pinette received treatment to help deal with an addiction to a prescription drug.
