Two rock stars put aside their differences to celebrate a milestone event in their careers.
Courtney Love and Dave Grohl both attended the Rock n’ Roll hall of fame induction earlier this week to acknowledge the musical accomplishments of Nirvana.
On Thursday, April 10 at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn, a Nirvana reunion was held to accept the induction of the band into the Rock n’ Roll Hall of fame, the first of the Seattle grunge music scene to be induced.
Love, the wife of the late Kurt Cobain, and Grohl, the former drummer of Nirvana, have been known for their differences regarding the fate of Cobain and Nirvana as a whole, The Huffington Post reports.
The Hole singer and Foo Fighters lead singer put their pasts aside to hug each other at the end of the induction. Love posted a picture to her Twitter saying, “The most magical part of the evening. Thank you Dave, love you. I know this made him smile up there."
