A Disney Cruise Line crew member was arrested in Florida Thursday under the suspicion that he molested a 13-year-old.

Ahmed Sofyan, 36, is facing charges for molestation and also false imprisonment, as he held the girl in an unoccupied cabin against her will. According to CNN, Disney has promptly fired Sogyan stating that they do not tolerate this type of incident, no exceptions.

“We have no tolerance whatsoever for the behavior alleged in this incident,” president of Disney Cruise Line, Karl Holz, said. “We are sorry that anything of this nature could have occurred on one of our ships. We place enormous value on the trust our guests have in us, and nothing is more important to us than the safety and security of each and every one of our guests.”

According to CBS News, Sofyan eventually admitted to police that he was wrong for luring the girl. Sofyan’s investigation included Port Canaveral police, the FBI and the United States Coast Guard.

Sohyan is currently being held at Brevard County jail. The 13-year-old told police that she do not know the suspect.
