St. Louis music fans are upset about the performance of the 88-year-old-guitar legend, B.B. King.

King’s gave a performance on Friday at the Peabody Opera House. King’s shows tend to be a combination of telling anecdotes and singing songs. King sometimes spoke in non sequiturs during the show, and the entire performance only included only a handful of complete songs. The singer also gave long-winded soliloquies and a 15-minute rendition of “You Are My Sunshine.”

His playing grew shaky after 45 minutes of the show. According to the St. Louis Dispastch, B.B. King is heckled at a St. Louis performance. Audience members began to call out and said, “play some music!”

According to the Associated Press, King’s agent did not comment on the show. The venue did not provide any further comment on the matter.

B.B. King’s albums include Singin’ the Blues, Easy Listening, and One Kind Favor. King was awarded a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 1987. A Grammy Hall of Fame Award was given to the song, “The Thrill is Gone,” in 1998.
