Frozen has taken over the Japanese box office and is the number one movie for another week in a row, this weekend the film made an additional $8.24 million. The movie has made $75.4 million after 24 days in theaters.

The Hollywood Reporter added that the film was released with a different title in Japan, Anna to Yuki no Jou (Anna and the Snow Queen), was released in Japan. This weekend saw a slight decrease in attendance but the animated family film is still taking over the top of the box office for another week in a row.

The movie is on track to overtake Toy Story 3 as Disney's biggest animated film in Japan.

Frozen has set many records and has officially become the top grossing animated feature of all time, passing films like The Lion King and Toy Story 3. Frozen is now passing some other films on the box office charts.

Yahoo reported that Frozen has now officially passed The Dark Knight Rises for overall box office totals.
