Singer Gwen Stefani may be heading to The Voice as a replacement judge for Christina Aguilera.

TMZ exclusively reported how Stefani may be taking Aguilera's place, after Aguilera announced in February that she was pregnant with her second child. After, Aguilera announced her pregnancy producers of The Voice began looking for new people to bring on as judges. Reportedly, NBC wanted Aguilera to stay on The Voice during her pregnancy, however Aguilera is going through a tough time and decided not to stay on. For now Stefani has only signed on to serve as a judge for season 7 and Aguilera will be back as a judge for season 8.

The Hollywood Reporter tells how production on season 7 of The Voice starts in June and that singer Pharrell Williams will be making his debut as a judge after taking over for Cee-Lo Green. Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, who are currently judges on The Voice will be back for the show's seventh season as well. In The Voice's current season many muscial artists have appeared as mentors on the show. This includes Miranda Lambert, Aloe Blacc, Jill Scott, the Band Perry, and Chris Martin of Coldplay.
