Joss Whedon screened his new movie, In Your Eyes, on Sunday night at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Whedon wrote In Your Eyes, and Brin Hill directed the film. In Your Eyes is a supernatural romance starring Zoe Kazan and Michael Stahl-David. In the film, they are connected in unimaginable ways. The movie features Jennifer Grey, Nikki Reed, and Steve Howey.
The movie is available immediately on digital download, according to The Huffington Post. The movie was released by Bellwether Pictures, a company formed by Whedon and his wife, Kai Cole. Cole told Indiewire, “It's no secret that the distribution landscape is shifting rapidly and there are tools at our disposal as filmmakers that we could only dream about ten years ago."
In Your Eyescan be purchased by $5 and can play on any internet capable device. It is available as a digital rental on the film's website. The next project from Bellwether Pictures is The Avengers: Age of Ultron featuring Scarlett Johansson and Chris Evans.
