New information is coming to light regarding Justin Bieber’s egg-throwing incident back in January, in which he threw eggs at his neighbor’s home in Calabasas, Calif. and caused thousands of dollars’ worth of damage.
Prosecutors are still investigating the case, and a new video has surfaced showing Bieber high-fiving and cheering with his friends after egging the home.
An investigator’s affidavit released on Friday showed the surveillance footage, Fox News reports.
While Bieber is currently facing other legal issues, including a DUI case, this could potentially be the most detrimental case for him if he’s charged.
Following the Jan. 9 incident, Bieber’s home was raided on Jan. 14 by law enforcement to collect any evidence for the case they could find. Police had a felony search warrant for the home and it was then that they collected the surveillance video that surfaced Friday.
Sheriff's detective Ginni Alvarez states in the signed affidavit, "Suspect Bieber and the other males appeared to be laughing and celebrating.”
