A Chicago man had his ear bitten off by the older brother of an underage girl he impregnated twice.
According to The New York Daily News Jonathan Rios, 21, began his relationship with the now 15-year-old girl two years ago. The two currently have a child together and the young woman is five months pregnant with their second child.
When the unidentified minor’s older brother came home and found her in bed with Rios, he went into a rage and attacked the man, biting off a large piece of his ear.
According to ABC Rios ran away during the fight, but ran into police officers, who promptly arrested him.
Rios admitted to authorities that did in fact impregnate the 15-year-old girl twice and has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
Rios is currently in jail and has a $900,000 bond. He did not press charges against the underage girl’s brother.
