Megan & Liz, twin-sister recording artists are making moves in the industry by leaving their current label and management group, Collective Sounds, which is a segment of the group the Collective. It had been announced earlier that Collective Sounds would be closing all together. With their transition the duo is getting ready to release a new EP Simple Life, which is set to come out later this year.

Billboard reported that the Collective is the home to many chart-topping artists including; Slash, Toni Braxton and Kelly Rowland.

The pair released a statement following their decision to leave their label. "We have had great success to date with The Collective and we would like to thank them for offering us an incredible opportunity," said Megan and Liz.

"Both myself and Liz are saddened by the closing of the label, but we are grateful to have had the chance to play a part in its success. We have learned so much from the experience and we are excited to continue to grow as artists and creating music that is true to our hearts," explained the sisters.

The duo is known for their original hits such as, "Bad For Me" but they recently went viral online with their cover of Florida Georgia Line's "Stay," Taste of Country detailed.
