Miley Cyrus has been under the weather for the past couple of weeks, and she was hospitalized today after suffering from a severe allergic reaction.
According to E! News, the Bangerz singer canceled her concert on April 15 in Kansas City due to “an absolutely horrible reaction” to antibiotics. The singer was placed on bed rest according to a statement reported by CNN, and it is not clear what the singer’s current medical state is.
Cyrus was feeling well enough to express her disappointment for having to cancel the show in an apologetic tweet to her fans.

According to KMBC.com, the statement given did not say whether the singer would perform at a later date, but it did say ticket holders would receive a full refund at the point of purchase.
Fans said they were disappointed by the show’s cancelation, especially since they found out so close to the 7 p.m. show time.
The 21-year-old singer came down with the flu earlier this month and was forced to cancel her concert in Charlotte, however she went on the next night, in Raleigh, North Carolina, despite feeling sick.
