Authorities are searching for a man who severely stabbed a teenager earlier this week.

According to ABC, Supreme Moye, 20, allegedly stabbed a 15-year-old in the face, neck, back, and legs on Monday afternoon in Queens. The teen was rushed to North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital where she received over 100 stitches for her injuries.

Authorities are not releasing of what sparked the confrontation between Moye and the teen, but have revealed that the two are acquainted on some level, with some alleging that Moye and the girl were once in a relationship.

According to The New York Daily News, the altercation took place at 169th St. and 111th Ave. in Jamaica and Moye fled afterward. He has been in the wind since this event occurred.

This is not Moye’s first brush with the law. He was arrested in June 2013 for committing a robbery in the Bronx.

Authorities have established a tip line for anyone with information regarding the attack or Moye’s whereabouts. Those with information have been asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stopper hot line.
