Living in a home famous for its movie magic does not come at a small price. The Los Angeles mansion where the scene from The Godfather with the infamous decapitated horse head was shot is on the market for $135 million.
Built in the 1920s, the 50,000-square-foot estate is located in Beverly Hills on 3.7 acres, reported Yahoo!. With 36 bathrooms and a dining room large enough to fit 400 people, the mansion is remembered for more than its role in The Godfather. The mansion was also used for filming in The Bodyguard, which starred Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston.
Marion Davies, a silent screen actress, previously purchased the home for her lover, newspaper mogul William Randolph Hearst. Hearst lived in the home until his death in 1949.
The mansion has had its turn in the political spotlight as well. John F. Kennedy and his new wife, Jackie, stayed in the home for their honeymoon, reported the New York Daily News.
The rather large Spanish/Italian inspired home features 17 bedrooms, an eight-car garage, three pools, an Art Deco nightclub, and an outdoor patio with seating for up to 400 people.
