A North Carolina man plead guilty to assault and was sentenced to 60 days behind bars for his toe-sucking incident.
According to WSOC, Michael Brown admitted to sucking a woman’s toes in a Walmart and was sentenced to 60 days in the slammer.
His victim, Erika Porras, was present in the courtroom Thursday morning and was not at all pleased with the sentencing. She was brought to tears and
walked out of the courthouse.
Authorities said in March, Brown walked up to Porras while she was shopping in the store and asked if he could assist her in finding a pair of shoes. He was posing as a podiatry student. Porras assumed he was also a store employee.
Instead of helping her find a particular shoe though, Brown grabbed her foot and began sucking her toe.
His crude act prompted Porras to press charges.
The New York Daily News noted that the judge credited Brown with having already served 21 days of his 60-day sentence.
