Wu-Tang Clan is only producing one copy of their fourthcoming LP, The Wu — Once Upon a Time in Shaolin. The LP will be auctioned off upon completion and the price tag is likely going to be into the millions.

The Guardian reported that the 128-minute double album will only be produced once in a unique edition that will tour festivals and galleries. The group has already received many offers to purchase the music once it finishes its exhibition circuit.

The group's RZA explained that offers have already come in that range from $2 million to $5 million, Billboard reported. "I've been getting a lot of emails: some from people I know, some from people I don't know, and they're also emailing other members of my organization."

The only copy of the album is currently in a handmade silver box that is currently locked up in a Moroccan vault. Not even members of the band have a copy of the album.

The group's official website explained that they wanted to make a statement about music as a work of art while the digital revolution is taking over. "The intrinsic value of music has been reduced to zero," it reads. "Contemporary art is worth millions by virtue of its exclusivity. This album is a piece of contemporary art."
