President Barack Obama went to support and visit the troops in Afghanistan under the cover of darkness late Sunday and went into Afghanistan in secret. Obama was visiting in honor of Memorial Day weekend and traveling with the president was country music legend Brad Paisley.
The Associated Press reported that Paisley was traveling with the president in order to do a special performance for the troops. He took to Twitter to make the announcement.

This was President Obama's fourth visit to Afghanistan as president, but his first since winning re-election in 2012.
The Tennessean added that Paisley already has a busy schedule, he has just signed on to judge the upcoming Rising Star which debuts on June 22 at 8 p.m. on ABC. Nashville artists are two-thirds of the judging panel who will be featured as experts on the show.
Paisley is also about to head out on a nation wide tour. The "Country Nation World Tour" started in Philadelphia and the tour will be visiting more than 40 cities before the tour wraps up in Washington D.C. on Sept. 20.
