Gwyneth Paltrow has won a restraining order against a fan that says that this individual can't come within her or her estranged husband Chris Martin for the next three years.

The permeant order was given after the Iron Man star filed a temporary restraining order against Nickolaos Gavrilis back in April. Gayrillis had allegedly attempted to get into the couples home in both the United States and the U.K., on more than one occasion. He most recently tried to enter into their Los Angeles home during the first week in April, Philly.com added.

With the order now permeant Gavrilis cannot go anywhere near Paltrow or Martin until 2017.

TMZ added that with this restraining order a few new details have been learned about Paltrow and Martin's relationship, mostly, that the couple is still living together.

According to the legal documents filed in this case, it was written in next to Chris' name, "Lives w/ [Gwyneth]." Martin is listed as an additional protected person according to the documents.
