X-Men: Days of Future Past has broken records at the box office making over $111 million during it's opening weekend. Fans cannot get enough of the mutant cast that is impressive across the world with their film. At the Days of Future Past premiere in Japan, Hugh Jackman, who plays Wolverine in the film was surrounded by adoring fans.
The Daily Mail reported that Jackman was the only American cast member to attend the premiere and he took extra time to take picture with fans and signed autographs.
Jackman even took time to take a few selfies with fans helping them by holding their phones and smiling for the camera.
These box office numbers for X-Men: Days of Future Past have made the film one of the most successful summer movies of all time.
CNN added that this now ranks the film fifth among the top Memorial Day weekend openings of all time. The movie comes behind Fast & Furious 6 ($117 million) and X-Men: The Last Stand ($122.9 million).
