Pictures on the set of Fast and Furious 7 have come out, showing just how similar the late Paul Walker’s brothers are in appearance.
It was earlier reported that Cody and Caleb Walker would be stepping in for some quick shots of their brother, who died late last year in a horrific car crash.
According to People, Cody Walker was on set, looking very much like his late brother, down to the buzz cut. While Paul had finished shooting many scenes in the film, action sequences still needed to be shot, and these will be the ones the actor’s brothers step in for.
In a statement, producers of the film said of the brothers, “We have resumed shooting and now welcome Paul‘s brothers, Caleb and Cody, into our Fast family. Caleb and Cody are helping us complete some remaining action for their brother and fill in small gaps left in production. Having them on set has made us all feel that Paul is with us too.”
Their statement also spoke about how they took the time to grieve before deciding how to continue on with the film. Producers felt both the fans and Paul would have wanted the film to be continued.
According to the Daily Mail, the brothers were spotted on set Friday wearing the same outfit, from grey t-shirts down to the sneakers. They are eerie and younger brother Cody is especially similar in appearance to Paul.
It was reported that when Cody gave an interview to the Associated Press, he was quiet about his involvement with the film, simply saying, “I can’t talk about that.”
The film is set for release on April 10, 2015.
