The Rolling Stones resumed their world tour on Monday for the first time since the passing of Mick Jagger's longtime girlfriend L'Wren Scott.
Their first show since March was in Oslo, Norway, with about 20,000 fans on hand and played such classics as "Satisfaction," "Sympathy for the Devil" and others, according to Reuters. The band will now head to Lisbon and Zurich for their next stops.
The 70-year-old lead singer appeared to be in good spirits for the night, and full of energy, as he constantly danced and ran around the stage. He was even full of jokes, saying that the most-requested song they play while in Oslo would be Norwegian group A-ha's "Take on Me."
The Rolling Stones rescheduled stops in New Zealand and Australia for the fall after it was reported Jagger's girlfriend, and well-known fashion designer L'Wren Scott was found dead of suicide in her Manhattan apartment in mid-March.
In happier news for the singer, last week he became a great-grandfather after his 21-year-old granddaughter gave birth to a baby girl.
