Craig Sager Jr, the son of broadcaster Craig Sager says that his dad's health has gotten better.
ESPN reports how Sager Jr. stated that his dad is leaving the hospital after going through chemotherapy for three weeks in order to fight leukemia.
He will have to return to clinic every day for the next few weeks and he is still waiting on bone marrow procedure but he CRUSHED CHEMO!!!

The doctors said they've never seen someone complete the chemo (he did 3 different kinds of it) & get a discharge in less than 3 weeks.

Since, the news of Sager's leukemia diagnosis became public many coaches and players in the NBA have reached out to him. Head coaches aches Gregg Popovich of the San Antonio Spurs and Tom Thibodeau of the Chicago Bulls gave reached out to him and Brooklyn Nets player Kevin Garnett sent him flowers and Los Angeles Clippers head coach Doc Rivers sent him a basket of fruit.
Last month, it was reported how Sager had been diagnosed with acute leukemia and that he would be going through treatments to fight it. Sager, who is a sports broadcaster began his career back in the early 1970's. For the last 20 years, Sager has served as a sideline reporter for TNT and TBS and is also known for his fancy style of clothing.
