The Black Keys are back and have started promoting Turn Blue, their first release since 2011’s acclaimed El Camino. While doing a BBC Radio show, Patrick Carney and Dan Auerbach debuted a new track from the album.

The duo appeared on BBC Radio 1 with Zane Lowe to premiere “Bullet in the Brain,” which mixes the best of the Keys. Auerbach’s vocals and guitar are backed by Carney’s drums, along with a piano and spiraling synthesizers.

According to Rolling Stone, the group also released the full video for the album’s first single, “Fever.” It looks like a video tape, inspired partly by the bizarre video used to announce Turn Blue in March. The video was directed by Theo Wenner and finds Auerbach as a preacher, mouthing the track’s lyrics. Carney sits in a chair by the lectern, nodding his head to the music. There’s also a number on the screen, telling people to call and donate to the cause.

Turn Blue was recorded in Nashville with Brian "Danger Mouse" Burton producing again. It follows the success of Brothers and El Camino and hits stores on May 13.

The group is also slated to appear on Saturday Night Live on May 10.
