Country music star Dolly Parton was one of the most honored guests at Glastonbury on Sunday. Some guessed that the country music star was lip synching, but, in fact, Parton was absolutely not.

The 68 year old artist defended herself. One of her spokespeople confirmed that the recording artist was singing live.
About 100,000 people enjoyed seeing Parton at the festival. Many dressed up like the celebrity.
Dolly appeared at the Pyramid Stage at the popular music festival. “I've been waitin' a long time for this,' an overwhelmed Dolly said to the adoring 100,000 punters in the crowd. 'I'm so glad you came. I can't do a bunch of sad songs, everyone is drunk and high,” according to the Daily Mail.
Some fans dressed as the country music star. She sang “Jolene,” “Islands in the Stream,” and “Blue Smoke,” according to The Telegraph. She finished the set with the song, “I Will Always Love You.”
Parton is the popular country music star who was in the movie that became a Broadway musical, 9 To 5.
