Four people were shot on Thursday afternoon on the campus of Seattle Pacific University and police say they have a suspect in custody.
Though earlier reports suggested the possibility that police were searching for a second suspect, the Seattle Police Dept tweeted that "There is no outstanding suspects being sought" after snagging a white male armed with a handgun.
According to a Seattle Fire Dept. tweet the four victims, two men and two women, who were shot were rushed to the nearby hospital and a follow up tweet from police noted that two people suffered life threatening wounds while the other two are currently in stable condition.
Police also reported that SWAT teams were currently clearing out buildings on campus to ensure the rest of campus is safe for students.
The university's school website was updated to reflect that the campus was currently still on lockdown and all classes were suspended until further notice.
