After four long years, the battle is finally over.
A judge orders actress Halle Berry to pay $16,000 a month in child support for their six-year old daughter, according to USA Today USA Today. Her and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, 38, ended their rocky relationship in 2011 but things are just know being squared away.
According to The Daily Mail, that is not all the actress has to dish out. Berry is ordered to play her supermodel ex $115,000 in retroactive expenses, tuition for her daughter’s schooling. She also has to cover Aubry’s legal fees which total to $300,000. (Ouch!)
The custody battle between the two turned ugly after Berry tried to move her daughter and new fiancé now husband Oliver Martinez to France in 2012. A judge had since then blocked them from going.
In November of 2012, Aubry and Martinez were both involved in a physical altercation which led to Aubry being arrested for starting the fight.
Berry and Martinez have an eight month old son together. Let’s hope for Berry’s sake that things work out between her and Martinez.
